How to measure.
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall in centimetres.
- Find that length in the CM column, then read across for your size.

How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, message our team with your usual boot model and size, and we’ll help you find the best fit.
Can I use my current boots to find my size?
Yes. Check the label inside the boots you wear now, usually on the tongue. Most show the size in CM as well as UK, US and EU. Find that CM size in the chart above and read across to get the right size for the brand you want.
Are the boots true to size?
Sizing can vary slightly between models and manufacturers. Some boots have a tighter fit than others, so we recommend checking with our team before ordering.
Can I exchange my boots if they don’t fit?
Yes, size exchanges may be available. Customer-requested size exchanges are also available but may incur a fee. If we’ve supplied the wrong size or the boots are faulty, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
